Tecno Epoxi processes your personal data for different purposes, according to your relationship with Tecno Epoxi and the way you interact with us.

Among the main purposes for which we collect, process or otherwise treat your personal data are the following:

  • For user registration. We will treat your personal data that is necessary to register as a user on the Tecno Epoxi platform, in order to allow the creation and management of your account, whether linked to your employer or directly to you.

  • For the creation and use of the Tecno Epoxi platform. We will process personal data to enable the functionality of the resources used by you to create and use the chatbot, Contacts, Service, Payments, among other resources.

  • To answer your questions, compliments, complaints, suggestions and communicate with you. When you contact us, whether through our website, by phone, by email, relationship and customer/customer service sites or any other means of communication, we will treat your personal data so that we can communicate with you, responding to your doubts, compliments, complaints or suggestions, as well as any message you have sent us, including for communicating technical problems with the use of our website, the Tecno Epoxi platform.

  • To promote our activities. We will treat your personal data to send you our newsletter, invitation to events made by Tecno Epoxi and/or with partner companies, as well as information about our services, research, studies, news, podcasts, videos, promotions, new solutions or any other content or material that we produce, in order to promote our activities.

  • To ensure the security of our platforms. We will handle your personal data to ensure the security of the Tecno Epoxi website and platform, evaluating unusual patterns in relation to its use, bulky requests for unexpected access, access attempts with invalid logins and passwords, among other actions that may indicate an attack cyber or against the confidentiality, integrity or availability of our systems.

We will treat your personal data for meetings, videoconferences or telephone conferences, including, depending on the means used, your image and voice, as well as identification and electronic correspondence data, for sending invitations and links to access the meetings.
